DELIVERY

Delivery is available within Australia and New Zealand only.

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving the order.
Shipping within Australia is a flat fee of AUD$9.95. 
Shipping within New Zealand is a flat free of AUD$19.95.

·      Adelaide – 3-5 business days after dispatch
·      Melbourne, Adelaide & Canberra – 3-7 business days after dispatch
·      Brisbane, Hobart & Perth – 5-7 business days after dispatch
·      Perth & Darwin – 5-10 business days after dispatch
·      New Zealand – 5-14 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Hutto’s Barber Shop is not responsible for lost mail once order has been placed in the care of Australia Post. 

All orders include tracking information which will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. After the 10 days have passed we cannot offer an exchange or refund on your item/s. 

If you would like to return and order, firstly contact hello@huttosbarbershop.com. We will require proof of purchase to complete your return. 

Items can be returned to 670 Goodwood Road, Daw Park SA 5041 at the buyers expense. We suggest using shipping via Australia Post with tracking information.

If a refund is required your order will be refunded once it has been returned and inspected. The item must be in its original, resalable condition.
