Late policy
If you think you will be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment please call the shop and we will let you know if there is enough time to complete the service booked or if you will need to reschedule.
Cancellation policy
We require at least two hours notice for the cancellation of appointments. If you cancel within two hours of your appointment time you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.
If you do not show up for your appointment you may be charged the full cost of the service booked.
